This is made to a traditional formula and has been taste tested by Michelin starred sommeliers.
We supply it to artisanal cafes around Europe and it is often granted the title of the best chai that customers have tasted. It is the best chai that I have tasted and that’s is because of the fine formula ratios and the fact that we grind all of our ingredients from the whole spices, in-house before directly packaging them. This means all of the essential oils and oxidation-sensitive medicinal compounds are preserved and delivered to the consumer.
We do not powder any of the ingredients, avoiding unnecessary shearing of the spices and preserving the integrity of the root, seed or bark which carries the volatile essential oils responsible fro the flavour and medicinal potency.
